Thank you, 10,000 times...

Today, I am thankful to see that since starting my blog at the end of January... It has had it's 10,000th hit! While I know that I am responsible for as many as 400-500 of these, it is comforting to know that I am not the only person interested in what I am doing. This clearly means that I am doing something right, and as a result, I have developed a small following of sorts.
For that, I am thankful to all of you that visit "looper" on a consistent basis, and look forward to continuing to bring you a sliver of the world through my eyes.
Much gratitude,
Devyn

Devyn, as I've said before, Chicago is my favorite place. Unfortunately, I can't BE there on a daily basis and I miss it SO much!

That's where you come in! Your blog is on my daily must-read list. You help give me my daily Chicago fix.

You have such an eye for capturing the REAL City that I know and love that far surpasses any I've seen in the tourism books.

Please know that I appreciate you and your blog very much! With your daily ramblings and musings, not to mention the fab pics, you help keep my "homesick-ness" at bay.

Thanks! I will keep coming back as long as you keep posting! Here's to a million more hits to your blog!

Although you're site is a relatively new addition to my daily-reads, it's quickly become one of my favorites. Keep up the great work, and thanks for giving me a good chunk of my Chicago-fix.

Devyn,

Thank you so much for this blog. I check it frequently because I, too, need a Chicago fix all the time. I lived there for many years, grew up there really, and miss it like crazy from out here in Colorado. I get back twice a year but this is such a great "fix" for me between visits. I even check your blog from work as well as from home.

Keep on keepin'on. Love your photography and insights!

Just like everyone else - thank you so much for doing this. A Chicago girl stuck in the (really awful, no architecture, no culture but a lot of strip malls) desert, your blog has helped me be less homesick. Please keep it up!
